about my project

My project in Belfast was originally supposed to be Play for Peace, in which both Catholic and Protestant children partake in various games and activities to alleviate the sectarnianism in Belfast.. but there was some miscommunication during the process and I had to restructure my internship. I'm still working at Hazelwood College (which includes middle-school and high school age children) and helping out with the remnants of the Play for Peace program, but the Play for Peace seems to have settled down.. so I'm getting involved with/starting up a variety of activities that address social, political, religious, and economic reform/regeneration. I arrived here on 25th May, 2007 and will be leaving on 27th July, 2007.
